How to Access JetBackup in DirectAdmin
Finding Your Backups
Access JetBackup to view and manage your automatic backups.
Opening JetBackup
- Log into DirectAdmin
- Find JetBackup in the menu
- Click to open the backup interface
JetBackup Interface
You'll see options for:
- Full Backups: Complete account backups
- File Backups: Individual files and folders
- Database Backups: MySQL databases
- Email Backups: Email accounts
- Cron Jobs: Scheduled tasks
- DNS Zones: DNS records
Viewing Available Backups
- Select backup type (Files, Database, etc.)
- Choose domain if applicable
- See list of backup dates
- Click to view contents
Backup Dates
Each backup shows:
- Date created
- Size
- Status
Can't Find JetBackup?
Look under different menu sections in DirectAdmin, or contact support.
