Managing Your Hosting Services in Hub
Managing Hosting Services
Your Hub account gives you full control over your hosting services.
Viewing Your Services
- Log into Hostdeal Hub
- Click Services in the main menu
- You'll see a list of all your active services
Service Details
Click on any service to view:
- Package Name: Your hosting plan
- Status: Active, Suspended, or Pending
- Billing Cycle: Monthly, Yearly, etc.
- Next Due Date: When your next payment is due
- Server Information: Server details and IP address
Accessing DirectAdmin
To access your hosting control panel:
- Go to Services
- Click on your hosting service
- Click Login to DirectAdmin or Control Panel
You'll be automatically logged into DirectAdmin without needing to enter credentials.
Service Actions
From the service details page, you can:
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your hosting plan
- Request Cancellation: Cancel the service
- View Emails: See service-related emails
- View Usage: Check disk space and bandwidth
Multiple Services
If you have multiple hosting accounts, each will be listed separately. Use clear labels or notes to identify each one easily.
