Opening and Managing Support Tickets

Getting Support

Our support team is here to help. Use the ticket system for technical issues, billing questions, or general inquiries.

Opening a New Ticket

  1. Log into Hostdeal Hub
  2. Click Support in the main menu
  3. Click Open Ticket
  4. Select the appropriate department:
    • Technical Support: Server, website, email issues
    • Billing: Payment, invoice, refund questions
    • Sales: Pre-sales questions, upgrades
  5. Fill in the subject and description
  6. Attach any relevant files or screenshots
  7. Click Submit

Tips for Faster Support

Help us help you faster:

  • Be specific about the issue
  • Include error messages (copy/paste or screenshot)
  • List steps to reproduce the problem
  • Mention any recent changes you made
  • Specify which domain/service is affected

Viewing Your Tickets

  1. Go to SupportTickets
  2. See all open and closed tickets
  3. Click a ticket to view the full conversation

Replying to Tickets

  1. Open the ticket
  2. Scroll to the reply box
  3. Type your response
  4. Attach files if needed
  5. Click Reply

Ticket Statuses

  • Open: Awaiting our response
  • In Progress: Being worked on
  • Awaiting Reply: We're waiting for your response
  • Closed: Issue resolved

Response Times

We aim to respond to all tickets within 24 hours, with most receiving responses much faster.
