Managing Your Account

Keep your account information up to date to ensure you receive important notifications.

Accessing Account Settings

1. Log into Hostdeal Hub
2. Click on your name or Account in the menu
3. Select My Account or Profile

Updating Contact Information

Keep the following up to date:

• Name: Your full name or company name
• Email: Primary contact email (used for login)
• Phone: Contact phone number
• Address: Billing address

Changing Your Email Address

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Enter your new email address
3. Enter your current password to confirm
4. Click Save Changes

Note: Your login email will change to the new address.

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click Change Password
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password (use a strong password!)
5. Confirm the new password
6. Click Update Password

Password Requirements

For security, passwords should:

• Be at least 8 characters long
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Include at least one number
• Include at least one special character

Two-Factor Authentication

Add extra security to your account:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Find Two-Factor Authentication
3. Enable and follow the setup instructions
4. Use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator
