Updating Your Account Information
Managing Your Account
Keep your account information up to date to ensure you receive important notifications.
Accessing Account Settings
- Log into Hostdeal Hub
- Click on your name or Account in the menu
- Select My Account or Profile
Updating Contact Information
Keep the following up to date:
- Name: Your full name or company name
- Email: Primary contact email (used for login)
- Phone: Contact phone number
- Address: Billing address
Changing Your Email Address
- Go to Account Settings
- Enter your new email address
- Enter your current password to confirm
- Click Save Changes
Note: Your login email will change to the new address.
Changing Your Password
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (use a strong password!)
- Confirm the new password
- Click Update Password
Password Requirements
For security, passwords should:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
Two-Factor Authentication
Add extra security to your account:
- Go to Account Settings
- Find Two-Factor Authentication
- Enable and follow the setup instructions
- Use an authenticator app like Google Authenticator
