Managing Payment Methods
Payment Methods
Manage your saved payment methods for easy invoice payments.
Viewing Payment Methods
- Log into Hostdeal Hub
- Go to Billing
- Click Payment Methods
Adding a New Payment Method
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click Add Payment Method
- Select the type:
- Credit/Debit Card
- PayPal Account
- Enter the required details
- Click Save
Setting a Default Payment Method
Your default payment method is used for:
- Auto-pay invoices
- Quick payments
- Service renewals
To set as default:
- Find the payment method
- Click Set as Default or the star icon
Removing a Payment Method
- Find the payment method you want to remove
- Click Delete or the trash icon
- Confirm the deletion
Note: You cannot delete a payment method that is set for auto-pay on active services.
Updating Card Details
If your card expires or gets replaced:
- Remove the old card
- Add the new card details
- Set as default if needed
Payment Security
Your payment information is:
- Encrypted during transmission (SSL/TLS)
- Stored securely with our payment processor
- Never visible in full (card numbers are masked)
