Canceling Services
Service Cancellation
If you need to cancel a service, you can do so through the Hub.
Before You Cancel
Consider these alternatives:
- Downgrade: Switch to a smaller, cheaper plan
- Pause: Contact support about temporary suspension
- Transfer: Move the service to someone else

How to Request Cancellation
- Log into Hostdeal Hub
- Go to Services
- Click on the service to cancel
- Click Request Cancellation
- Select cancellation type:
- Immediate: Cancel right now
- End of Billing Period: Cancel when current period ends
- Provide a reason (helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
Important: Backup Your Data
Before cancellation:
- Download your files via FTP or File Manager
- Export your databases via phpMyAdmin
- Save your emails if needed
- Download backups from JetBackup
Once cancelled, data cannot be recovered!
Refund Policy
Please review our refund policy:
- New accounts may qualify for a money-back guarantee
- Refunds are typically issued as account credit
- Domain registrations are non-refundable
Cancelling Domains
Domain cancellation works differently:
- Domains cannot be cancelled mid-term
- Disable auto-renewal to let the domain expire
- Transfer to another registrar if needed
