Viewing Service Emails and Notifications

Service Emails and Notifications

Important communications about your services are sent to your registered email and stored in the Hub.

Types of Notifications

  • Service Activation: New service details and login info
  • Invoice Notifications: New invoices and payment reminders
  • Renewal Notices: Upcoming service renewals
  • Maintenance Notices: Planned server maintenance
  • Support Updates: Ticket responses

Viewing Emails in Hub

  1. Log into Hostdeal Hub
  2. Go to the specific service
  3. Click Emails or View Emails
  4. See all emails sent regarding that service

Email Not Received?

If you're not receiving emails:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add noreply@hostdeal.com to your contacts
  3. Verify your email address is correct in Account Settings
  4. Check if emails are being stored in Hub instead

Updating Notification Preferences

Control which notifications you receive:

  1. Go to AccountSettings
  2. Find Email Preferences or Notifications
  3. Enable/disable specific notification types

Note: Some notifications (like invoices) cannot be disabled for legal reasons.

Important Notices

Always ensure you receive:

  • Invoice and payment notifications
  • Service expiration warnings
  • Security alerts

These protect you from service interruptions.
