Support Tickets
For personalized help:
- Log into Hub
- Go to Support → Open Ticket
- Select the appropriate department
- Describe your issue in detail

Choosing the Right Department
- Technical Support: Website issues, server problems, email issues, DirectAdmin help
- Billing: Invoices, payments, refunds, account credit
