For personalized help:

  1. Log into Hub
  2. Go to SupportOpen Ticket
  3. Select the appropriate department
  4. Describe your issue in detail

We typically respond within 24 hours, often much faster.

Choosing the Right Department

  • Technical Support: Website issues, server problems, email issues, DirectAdmin help
  • Billing: Invoices, payments, refunds, account credit
  • Sales: Pre-sales questions, plan recommendations, upgrades

Self-Service Options

Many tasks can be done yourself:

  • Password Reset: Click "Forgot Password" on login page
  • Invoice Payment: Billing → Invoices → Pay Now
  • Plan Upgrade: Services → Select Service → Upgrade
  • DirectAdmin Access: Services → Select Service → Login to DirectAdmin
