What to Do If You Forget Your DirectAdmin Password
Resetting Your DirectAdmin Password
Lost your DirectAdmin password? Here's how to get back in.
Method 1: Through Hub Portal (Recommended)
- Log into your Hostdeal Hub
- Go to Services > My Services
- Click on your hosting package
- Your current password is displayed in the service details
- If you need to change it, click Change Password
Method 2: Contact Support
If you can't access your Hub Portal:
- Email support from the email address on your account
- Or open a ticket at hostdeal.com/hub
- Verify your identity and request a password reset
Security Tips
- Use a strong, unique password
- Consider using a password manager
- Don't share your password with others
- Change your password periodically
Important Note
For security reasons, we cannot send passwords via email. Always retrieve your password through your secure Hub Portal account.
